# Connecting TAMS via LAN

TAMS is connected to a local network using [WIFI](rhopoint-tams-connecting-tams-to-your-pc-or-network-connecting-tams-via-wifi.md) or via an ethernet cable.

Alternatively the TAMS can be connected to a PC via a wired LAN connection.

Slide down the door on the TAMS to access the Micro USB port (1)
